Mini Midi
For those who don't know the Mini Midi is a scaled down version of the cracking Midi. For a test fly in low wind I set up the meticulously made kite - and launched. I flew it around the sky for a few minutes - as with any "Mini" kite small hand movements were all it took to to spin and turn.

The 4 mm tube frame seemed to hold up well to a few early "over reactions", and despite it's size line wraps seemed to be no problem. Now to try something more adventurous - Axle, Yes! - Half Axle, Yes! - Double Axle, Yes! Things are going well. Flick Flak, Yes! - time to step up a gear. It was when I pulled a Flick Flack to Fade to triple Backspin to wingtip landing that I knew I had just bought I kite for under half the price of a full size trick kite (£40 in kit form) that did everything in the book.

As with minimal effort I pulled a smooth 360 followed by an Up and Over into a floaty seemingly endless Helicopter I took a last look at the fading sunset shining through the curved Icarex Panels, and decided it was time to head for home.

Sadly however this kite is no longer available!
